Highly recommended. It's still early in the process so really hoping things progress in the right direction. Will update with progress.

Cons

Spirullina has a terrible fish stink. The smell is so strong it makes my whole pantry smell. Touching the tablets leaves a deep green powder on your fingers. Trying to * the tablets is very tough as they taste like rotten seaweed.
