Pros

Audio is crisp and mic works well. Works perfectly for me as i currently have my webcam, microphone, and headphones plugged into it. This external sound card makes my headset sound very clear according to them! No problem with the microphone.

Comes in super handy. I would have no issues buying another one if the need should arise or recommending it to someone else looking for a similar solution.

Life streamed foreign language class. More reasonably priced than alternatives. Audio sounds fine for music, but i am not an audiophile.

Cons

The unit technically works however the volume on my headset is 1/3 -1/2 what it normally is when plugged directly into the computer. Made $100 speakers/headphones sound like $10 ones. There was audio but no mic.

Pretty much plug and play sound quality wasn’t the best but is very adequate for the low cost much cheaper than a new sound card

The quality is great and allows for me to hear others clearly and for them to hear me clearly

I gave the sound quality one star because i had to buy a ground isolator to remove the humming sound

I was not expecting the quality that i got from this for the cost

Price

And for the price i am satisfied

Love it and all problems are solved for a very attractive price

It also has a long cable incase your computer is far from the monitor

What i like about these particular external soundcards is that they seem to be more reasonably priced than their alternatives
