This is a great garden compost but the price fluctuates wildly. I bough this item twice as the seller had lowered the price again and the quality is good.

This stuff is fantastic. My hubby is amazed and cannot believe his wife did what two professionals could not.



Cons

It looks like sewer sludge from human water treatment facilities. It forms a very hard crust worse than red clay. Came very damp to still weigh but 34.

    I bought the 4 pack of this brand because the pricing was far better than the blue ribbon brand that comes that i thought was better at least they claimed to be the best and their order rate made it seemed as such

    In any case this item was fully composted and had little to no unbroken down material in it in comparison to blue ribbons

    After sifting blue ribbons i was left with a lot of unbroken down wood pieces that i ended up using as mulch and at the bottom of my flower pots to keep soil from leaking out the holes
