Competitiveness
We have 2 other lids which came with some other brand pots that also has metal handle/knob, but neither of them have this heating issue.
The glass lids are thinner as well, when compared to the ones that came with the old cheaper brand.
I bought this set because of price and my first time using copper instead of teflon.

However after emailing the customer support address that was printed on a brochure inside the package i got a response within 24h and they immediately took action to remedy the error by shipping us the correct 8qt pot free of charge

I had my doubts about this cookware when i first pulled it out of the box

It was light the coating appeared to be very thin the handles were metal as opposed to something that would conduct less heat and i couldnt see how it could evenly distribute heat

This takes about a week of prep much of which is cleaning pots and pans for reuse
