Pros

We keep spraying daily, weather permitting, then soak the sheets every 5 or 6 days. The minty scent is pleasant to us and does not seem to persist or overpower. Always had mice in my fairing and ants previously.

I rarely review an item but product deserves a thumbs up. The family owned company is extremely friendly with a good level of customer satisfaction. If you want a company you can rely on this is the company and product for you.

Cons

Scent is peppermint which supposedly deters rodents. Best part is about half the time when it spraying it just sprays all over your face.
