Pros
It is sturdy, the carpeting seems securely attached. The only downfall we find, is that the three sticks at the top with the toys hanging off, are only placed in gently and the cat pulls them out often.
Cons
Not at all sturdy and the cat wobbles when it gets on. Not sturdy at all and cheaply made. These assembly of the cat tree resembles ikea but the quality of parts are definitely manufactured in china.

My cat is a little big now and he is no longer interested in it but as a kitten he used to love it

I put it against the wall so that it can stay still but in the free space it fumbles
