Being lithium, returns is tricky but fortunately amazon gave me a non return refund. This is despite contacting customer services who claim dhl will carry a damaged battery.

I ordered 14 of these batteries one is faulty

Ive read lots of reviews stating these batteries turn up completely empty wont charge and are swollen

Only clear downside is the note not to leave it exposed to weather as i’ve now got to figure out a way to protect it but still be able to reach the clips
