I usually mix about 5050 beef to whey isolate proteins

I chose this brand of beef protein because it doesnt have all the fillers like creatine bcaas brown rice etc

Being lactose intolerant this protein shake is easily digested and does not cause the uncomfortable intestinal issues all the others had
