Pros

Mhp dark matter post workout is a very great protien. It keeps me going sans hunger or fainting. It has your daily dose of creatine in it and replenishes your muscle glycogen stores.

Taste is awesome and it seems to be helpful in gaining mass size. Comes with plenty of servings as compared to your typical protein jug. I do hope they bring back the grape flavor.

Cons

This for me isn't drinkable. The product clearly states 20 servings however after carefully following directions i only found i had received 17 servings.
