Pros
Love the bag. My granddaughter loves this backpack. The straps are comfortable and don't dig into my shoulders. Backpack works for the most part.
Cons
We are just past midway through this year and the bag ripped on the seam. Bag isn't durable, began falling apart after a couple weeks of use.
