Pros
Sturdy elastic all around, fits thick mattresses and is easily removed. Fits my pillow top mattress perfect, washes well on delicate cycle. I put it under the normal mattress pad as this isn't a pad, it's a cover.

Cons
This has a plastic lining so it crinkles. My kids are too old for wetting the bed. It almost seems to be defeating its purpose.
