In terms of sizing i find that they run almost one size small

I am pretty sure i could size down to xs and they would still fit although they would be more like underwear

Therefore i wouldnt plan to wear them under anything tightfitting and cant comment on the visibility of the ruffled hem under tight clothing

Id love to see this in a wider range of sizes as id like to recommend them to friends and family but right now the limited availability of sizes means that unless youre us size xs youre out of luck
