My husband uses these hand grips at the gym to protect his hands from getting calluses from weight lifting
I am not affiliated with the manufacturer nor the seller of this product i am under no obligation to leave a positive review i like this metcon hand grips with the wrist support because it is breathable and doesnt allow my hands to sweat whike working out anf lifting weights
The hand pad is thin and flimsy with little actual grip while the wrist wraps provide almost no support
