Pros

Product excellant. Seems to have stabilized my gastro system. Works great for a healthy g.

It has a good flavor and the fiber helps with digestion. Very simple ingredients, no dyes, tastes good. But the flavor is pretty good.

Cons

I have a high tolerance for bad tasting things but this is putrid. It tastes like some counterfeit product from china.

The stevia makes it totally unpalatable. The maltodextrin in this product raises blood sugar. It appears like you are getting stebia sweetener but watch the ingredients list.

It is like drinking perfume; no citrus, no tartness. It is very difficult to mix and almost immediately begins to coagulate. It's like drinking yogurt or buttermilk.
