Pros
This opener is so strong and durable i know i will have it for a long time. It is very sturdy and will probably last forever. It easily punches through green husk and leaves a nice-sized clean hole.
The package comes with instructions and there are really three easy basic steps. Very helpful devise. Comes with an instructional manual to explain how to use it.
No more machete. This tool works excellently. He drops one almost every day, so this tap is a useful tool to have.
This works great to open coconuts by removing the leaf on the top and going straight down and coring it. The edges are sharp witch helps when pressing against the hard coconut. When the coconut is mature it has a harder outer cover.
Cons
The handle is extremely uncomfortable and is a no no for arthritic hands. The hole for draining the liquid is not the impossible part. The tip bent almost immediately upon use.

Opens coconuts in seconds and leaves you little slit to plug them back up
