The only caveat is if you are allergic to shrimp, you might not want to use it, since it comes from krill. If you don't want to take medication this is a great supplement.

It appears to work quite well at normalizing the blood pressure. In combination they have normalized my hypertension to about 115/65 without spikes. Got off blood pressure meds with this gem.
