This brand of fish oil was recommended to me by my doctor. I take it because it’s supposed to help with inflammation. Really helps the inflammation in my knees and hands from arthritis. Buying another bottle this weekend.

Epa-dha 720 has 430mg epa and 290mg dha. This omega 3 is great! While this is a large capsule it is manageable for me.

Cons

Major itching all over. Kind of like a synthetic lemon floral perfume.
