This stuff diffuses whatever nerve damage a classroom full of teenagers can do. Recommended by my naturopathic physician. It was recommended by her naturopath.
This is a quality brand. I like that i can get it from amazon. They are always prompt on the price is within reason.
It’s very hard to find digestible calcium that won’t give me stomach trouble. A better calcium tablet to work with my osteopenia. I'm lactose intolerant which prevents me from getting the calcium that i need.
Even though it's a tablet i have not problem with it. Sometimes if i can't sleep, i take a few and it stops the gerbil running inside my head keeping me awake. I'm a big-* guy, so i can get them down just fine.
