Pros

It is a little on the sweet side so i use 20 oz of water to one scoop verses the 6-10 oz recommended. This flavor is fantastic.

Axe recommends this form of glutamine for leaky gut bc it’s more absorbable than the free form kind. Now i take it anytime i’m active and it reduced the soreness. No stomach irritation or jitters.
