The flavor wasn’t horrible like other protien powders
50 a serving its basically a multivitamin with protien like ladyboss was as well
Seemed a little pricey at first but compared to my previous favorite dymatize its only 20 cents more per serving

Cons very very expensive but with high quality ingredients i would rather pay 40 instead of getting crap ingredients to save a few bucks the bottle is not filled close to the top

I’ve also mixed it with yogurt or oatmeal to add protein and it goes really well with those as well does not create the chalky texture you get from pea protein
