Pros

These cheap knockoffs are the ticket. Better durability and price than even my local harbor freight. But these are cheaper than hf flappers and last longer.

Wood carving, disks work great. Last as long as disc twice their price. These flap disks are awesome.

These are fantastic for steel, get a coarser one for aluminum. Work great for cleaning up dross on the back of my plasma-cut signs. Peeled years and decades of paint off an iron fence on our brownstone right to the metal.

Cons

It’s just too much of a hassle to replace discs so often.
