It’s just what i was looking for for my nightstand. This is the 3rd one i bought for my 12 year old grandson. Other than that this is a great value and i recommend you buy it.

Only way to turn off alarm is one of 8 */sliders in the back. The * don't respond/work properly, impossible to set, the led segments are all half inoperative.

Nightlights are cheaper without the clock mode. However, the night light itself is not dimmable and is extremely bright. It runs off of 5 volts dc!
