Pros

The numbers are easy to read and the illumination was also programmable. Ability to dim or brighten it 5 levels is nice. Gives you 5 different levels of brightness.

The alarm works well to remind when to take mediation. It gives the indoor temperature which lets me have better control over the thermostat.

Since retiring, i no longer have that inate sense of what day it is. Mom also has trouble remembering the day, so having the date on it is a blessing.

Cons

The face rapidly blinks like a strobe light. It's like a bad recording of a tv or monitor where the frame rates are different and you get that moving scanning bar across the video but more obnoxious. The button at the top is so sensitive, if you touch... Read More

The display is nice big and bright but the plug issue is impossible to get around. Unit feels incredibly light and cheap.

Easy to set up readable day date and time can stand or hang on wall dimmable function

It worked great for 5 weeks and then the display by the day started display patterns and its hard to see day

Battery doesn’t work and wall hanger wouldn’t work for us so we had to use a screw instead
