This is a great at home balance board it is difficult to balance but not impossible

At north of 250 lbs i would not feel comfortable using a balance board made of flexible plastic or with a rubber ball on the bottom

The top of it is made of 34 thick plywood while the bottom is a rigid hard plastic rocker that is secured to the board with no fewer than 8 metal screws

The wood edges are routed over to be rounded but they dont seem to be sealed with anything
