Pros

Mesh underwear is great for postpartum recovery. Material is stretchy but holds its shape and soft/non irritating to skin. Breathable comfortable and gentle on belly. Very stretchy, soft and breathable. Also, washable and reusable.

Tighter weave than the hospital. Wore these after kidney transplant. These are exactly like the cozy ones my hospital gave me.

They are very secure and hold pads well. They are stretchy and come up high. You want them large enough to fit a sanitary pad comfortably.

And 135lbs, the xxl size is perfect. They are very light and breathable. Usually wear size medium in pants.

Cons

They are very comfortable, but are definitely disposable after one use. The pad's glue tears up the underwear. Only 1 use and fell apart.
