Great so they don't rest or rub on my incision. Used after hysterectomy. Had surgery after delivery and did not want to ruin my underwear.

They are so stretchy and comfortable! Material is stretchy but holds its shape and soft/non irritating to skin. They have a lot of stretch to them but you want them large enough to fit a sanitary pad comfortably.

Cons

These aren't breathable. The pad's glue tears up the underwear. During postpartum you are in such discomfort, the last thing you need is something that makes it worse.

They are definitely more one use type as using it more than once with the pernieal ice pads caused the threading to start coming apart
