Pros
These aren’t exactly flat, but the contour is subtle and extremely comfortable. The insert removes easily to replace with professionally made custom orthotics. Overall they fit and definitely comfy support when walking.

Never had such bad quality from a merrell product. The seams are coming apart even though he does not wear them daily. Can't wear them very long. They are literally 1 1/2 inches too long.
Am massively dissappointed with this latest purchase from merrell. This would be a terrible no brand show on sale at discounter. It's overpriced specially now when we are getting close to christmas.

However i use orthotics for arch support and when i replaced the insoles with my orthotics the shoes were not tall enough and were very tight and uncomfortable

I contacted merrell directly to see if a wide size would help and they said the wide version would not increase height

Not sure if a larger size would work but i also didnt want to add more length since that wasnt the issue
