Purchased this for my 5 yr old granddaughter. She's 7 1/2 and size 7/8 fits perfect! My daughter has been obsessed with getting one of these.

It slips off the heel while swimming. Bottom is not sealed. Could also see fabric snagged by sitting by poolside.
