The freight delivery company forgot their name was running late and eventually called me wanting to know if it was acceptable for them to be approximately twohours late

The white foam lining that protects the furniture was a tad bid ripped but from outside the box the furniture headboard portion itself appeared to be okay

I was heartbroken and extremely upset when my husband and i finally took the headboard out from the box and noticed that the headboard was infact damaged it was sunkin the same area which had the forklift mark on the box

It was love at first sight when i came across the meridian aiden king size bed in navy and so devastating to have received it in a damaged condition

Fast forward to approximately one week i had a delivery window in which the bed was supposed to arrive on when suddenly my security cameras gooff while i was at work
