I started noticing that the slats kept falling out and when i took the mattress off i saw they had misaligned the bed frame

I almost can’t blame them since the misalignment was due to the manufacture of the bed the holes on the base of the frame were not where they should have been in order for the frame to be straight and plumb

The description says it grey but it has a blue undertone and that is why it did not work for us
