Pros

Easy to install and setup and the range of the broadband is excellent. Only downside is the lack of wall mounting options. Easy to set up, simple instructions included, there is a bit of config between modem and the first router and then just a button...  Read More

I’m very pleased with how these have performed. Theses little beauty's are amazing. Excellent and superfast.

The network is stable all the time. They are not rubbish. The system has 3 plastic cubes. A bit plasticky but for the money no issue.

Restrict bandwidth and users as well as sites. Connecrion speed isn't the fastest (it isn't as fast as wired connection for example) but it is enough to stream 4k content to more than one room at a time, so that's enough for me.

Connecting to the network is as simple as pressing ‘pair’ on each device. The main node is plugged into your router, turn off your routers default wifi. The slaves with have 2 ethernet ports if you want to use a cable to your device.

Cons

Also the installation is not thought through and did not work on several units. Not usable when working from. Binned it and bought a netgear orbi ac1200.

Quality

I am impressed with the product halo s12 3 pack as it has made the virgin media wifi more stable

Mesh works easy to configure and keep an eye on devices

The hub itself is plastic so feels cheap but the tech inside is the quality of tp link

Probably better quality units on the market that look nicer but no need to spend hundreds extra

Price

Then i saw these at a pretty reasonable price

Shipping

They are currently giving off good speeds but nowhere near as fast as my router

Excellent product but i wish the price would be cheaper and a nice experience to buy from amazon but dealing with the shipping ...  Read More

Competitiveness

Also all my ewelink devices came back on line

However do not be fooled by the claimed 867mbps claims

Is basically a cheaper tplink brand product

This is just a warning to anyone out there with speeds higher than 100mbps

Was good value for money i paid just wrong for me

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I was wanting to add this mesh network to my existing network which exists as a mix of wired homehubav and wireless existing will be replaced by the mesh as a single class c subnet but the default set up wants to take over the whole lan and expects to be plugged into the inward facing wan port of a simple bridge or edge router rather than just plugged in to the existing network

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

If i had plugged the wan port into one of the internal ethernet ports on the isp router it might have worked but would have segmented the network preventing the mesh from talking to other devices on the existing network without being routed through the isp router
