Probably better quality units on the market that look nicer but no need to spend hundreds extra
No complaints with the speed or stability of the mesh and it has lots of other features such as parental controls
I am impressed with the product halo s12 3 pack as it has made the virgin media wifi more stable
Had some issues with the wifi signal initially and needed to reboot the main router

They are currently giving off good speeds but nowhere near as fast as my router

I had got the tenda nova mw6 but for all its sleek looks its limitations led me to getting the mercusys s12 3pack

I have 2 ports left intend to have a tplink antenna outside plugged into this unit recommend it
If your internet speed in gt100 you maybe should by a cat5e cable at the same time as these
This is just a warning to anyone out there with speeds higher than 100mbps

The ethernet port on the back of the devices are only 100mbps ports meaning that if you pay for internet speeds above this then you will not see them

For example i pay for 300mbps from virgin media and am not seeing speeds around this because the port of the back of the device is only 100mbps

Yes the tenda has a nice app and the mercusys only has an oldschool web site but being able to hide the ssid is the most essential security feature of any home wifi network

The instruction manual is a bit confusing but there’s an easy to follow website that guides you through the setup and it was done and ready to use in 10 minutes

Once set up there’s a new wifi network that you need to connect everything too but once connected it can all just be left to do it’s thing
