They remind me of the quality knives my grandmother had
Bought these knives as a gift and hopes they would meet my expectations and i was quite happy with the result
I have 11 knives in total with the largest being a 12 cimeter i dont think the 14 would fit

Mercer knifes come highly recommendedi returned these because they were physically lighter in weight than i prefer

The roll bag it came with was pretty flimsy and broke in a week

Due to the way to roll unzips and opens any utensilspensetc placed in the holders will fall out when you lift the interior cover

If i can say anything i would just say there is two sets of pockets with fishnet and velcro and one of them have already ripped so i had to buy safety pins to hold the pockets together

Lots of cutlery on the market these days cant seem to hit youtube without some company pushing their knives
