Customer support was great first bike had a bent tire and bent derailleur

Company replaced the bike and the second one came perfect did not even have to adjust the derailleur

Also if you can take it to a bike shop for them to properly adjust the gears

I would recommend having a bike shop assemble it or at least tune it up

On another note the other bike different brand looked to have cool features online but upon building it seems to be like any other 150 bike at walmart
