These are easy to * 7/8 inch long capsules filled with a tan powder. Without jitters, dry mouth or any other strangeness. Easy to *, packaging is great.
Lions mane is a must for brain health and cognition! Lion’s mane mushrooms have lots of vitamins and minerals.
This nootropic combines lion's mane mushroom extract and pqq. This supplement compliments the lion's mane with pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt. Together with nmn/* supplements, pqq is part of my daily anti aging regimen.
The value is ok - it's a good dosage per capsule. I've used tinctures and loose powders that were a better value (but understandably so, as capsule form is far more convenient) taking two a day gives you a 30 day supply.
