Let me start by saying i would never choose these as a pair of running or very athletic shoes

If you want to look stylish as you do cardio or something strenuous these are not the ones for you

One big pro is that they have a few indents that run across the bottom of the sole which i believe is a helpful design and as you can see i have bent them along one of the lines in the picture

I think this can be helpful because i had a cool pair of nikes once that had the normal solid bottomed sole and after the first use in them the rubber had split and caused a large rip in the bottom
