Pros
I look like a neurosurgical patient who hasn’t had their bandage removed yet" "i live in the deep south and the humidity is tough.
It has a soft cotten type of inner material, and a silky type of outer material. The elasticity is great and it’s very comfortable! Absorbent, form fitting, quality.
Cons
The material is sooooo thin. This this is horribly thin and completely not like the item pictures.

As far as for working out and sweat absorbing, i don’t know how well it would work.

The only reason why this doesn't get five stars is the back of the headband is already stitched.
