They arent lined with a thermal layer and on the slopes my legs felt perfectly warm but not hot but on colder days i also wore a pair of standard longjohns for extra warmth
Been using as thermals for motorbike leathers and as leggings when playing football and do a great job as both im about 6ft 16st and bought the xl size and theyre only slightly big for me
