Pros

I highly recommend it to anyone that is perimenopausal or menopausal. It contains black cohosh, which is a very good ingredient, but always let your doctor know what sorts of supplements you're taking.

Cons

Icool works way better, and its a lot cheaper and easier to buy. Doesn't not work. If the stats aren't listed, there's probably a reason.
