Pros & Cons

Pros

This is a perfect beginner sax as-is. With an upgraded mouthpiece, ligature, and quality-reeds - it sounds like an instrument that costs multiple thousand dollars. Plays well enough with the stock mouthpiece.

Craftsmanship is mostly good, but might have issues. It’s a good beginner saxophone. Not just for beginners, but definitely great for one.

The mechanical parts are remarkably quiet, if not slightly stiff, but the tone is amazing. Very nice sound quality. Smooth note transitions.

Cons

That's why i mess up. Absolutely not.

Gloves broke immediately, tuner wasn't following up, the neck is hard as diamond. Stick with the name brands like yamaha, and selmer. The mouthpieces and reeds that typically come stock with these instruments are incredibly poor quality.

Rods bend, keys stop sealing (or never sealed to begin with), and if they do break, most reputable instrument repair shops will not touch them because the quality is so terrible.

This sax has nowhere near the mellow sound projection or the build quality of any professional sax but will work just fine for a student or someone who wants to begin playing again for the fun of it or in a amateur band

Buying name brand reeds like rico will make the factory mouthpiece play better
