Pros

Tone and resonance are perfect no tinny noises. It sounds better with the carbon.

There are some dings on the body, but it almost unseen by eyes unless you look for it. Unused lens cloths for glasses are an example. For those who are worried about the pegs slipping - this is normal for average violins.

The bows that come with this violin are pretty good quality for coming in a starter package. The bows are basically like a funhouse mirror. It also comes with a metronome/tuner, high grade rosen and a very nice interior to the case.

The backside of the long wooden handle part is a different, plain, light-colored wood. But the rest is a beautiful medium dark brown with a lovely wood grain pattern. Similar to a backpack material.

For ten bucks. Get it and have fun. Rest assured given enough time i will do it. Verry happy with this purchase.

Bit of a rattle on the tailpiece when it arrived probably jostled in shipping an easy fix

I use carbon fiber bows and didnt test the mendini bows

This instrument tunes and plays right out of the box even with its terrible strings

Upgraded to this 44 violin from a noname 34 for my 12 year old daughter

I’m saving the 40 bucks i’d spend on good strings to get a mendini flutehalfway there
