I bought this product and evening primrose 1300 and have been taking 2 pills of each product for 3 days now like i said its only been 3 days so far but i felt a difference the very first day i was so desperate felt so bad that i open the box both bottles came in read the instructions then immediately took 2 of each on an empty stomach before i even had lunch my symptoms havent gone away but i felt a difference within an hour i felt calmer less cramping the hot flashes arent coming as often and dont last as long same with the night sweats still getting them but they dont last as long
