Second, it also compresses my stomach. I just keep sweating and sweating which it’s great. It really helps me break a serious sweat.
This is so easy to wear and comfy. The arm openings are great as i have big arms/chest. The zipper is strong and not cheal/flimsy. They are much more comfortable than the sauna suits that look like trash bags.
