Never had that jittery feeling, but had tons of energy and focus. My workouts have been getting easier with an even quicker recovery time. I have a steady diet.
Cons
Used this product for 4 days, had diarrhea for 3 days. He eats before taking them and they still make him sick. Haven't felt any real effects from this compared to an over walgreens generic multi vitamin.
