    The first course, calcutta puchkas, is served most exquisitely with different "waters" to be poured inside - pomegranate, tamarind, chutney - and each one is to be eaten in just one bite.

    My husbands second dish was the jackfruit pulka which he loved that he ate it so fast, i couldn't even had a bite.
