Pros

I get regular chiropractic and massage therapy but this pillow is the last piece of the puzzle. I since went to my chiropractor, got my neck adjusted & the thick side is just right to keep my painful shoulder from being squished down on the bed.

Also tried the tempurpedic cloud at around $100.

Cons

When i lie on it, it totally flattens, eliminating the benefit of the curve under your neck. It's too soft, that little contour that should keep my spine aligned is just too soft. The foam is far too squishy to provide a change in support.

Any product with this number of logos and highlights on its packaging is like the middle aged guy with a corvette. If i buy a $50 pillow i expect it to last more than a year and not literally crumble. It's too late to return through amazon for a refun... Read More

Did not sleep like royalty. After the first 10 minutes, the pillow completely compressed and no support. Even left the pillow outside for a whole day.

Adequate box size so pillow not too compressed during shipping

It does a have foam smell to it that isn’t pleasant but it is minimal in comparison to other foam products
