Quality
This mattress topper is very comfortable and the sleep quality was good considering it was of great value
Just wish we had gone for the 3 inch version but this is perfectly adequate for our needs and highly recommend the product
Packaging/appearance
Be prepared to be horrified when you remove it from the packaging
A bit of a fight getting it out of the packaging
Competitiveness
As other have said there is a smell to it which does disappear i gave a few quirts of fabreeze whilst i was waiting for the smell to go
