This pleases me enormously, especially as it's integral to my work.
Cushion is good and comfort. I enjoy this cushion as it supports my neck esp after a long day or long drive. Extremely comfortable & superb quality.
Cons
Seller send item with teared off strap. Not fit for purpose. I have sports seats with integrated head restraints and it kept falling off. Didn't fit my car head restraint.

Personally i found that it was uncomfortable when the seat was upright but when the chair was reclined i was able to have a nap

I am only five foot in height and the headrest on my car tilts forward so it’s really uncomfortable when i take long journeys

For my height the neck support needs to sit a little lower down from the headrest

Sadly this support cannot be lowered only pulled upward accommodating the taller person
