Pros
This product really works for digestive balance. Its gluten free. I forget to take every day but my digestive system is still functioning great.
Cons
These are rough, chalky tablets that do not go down as easily. No expiration date given. You have to peel off the paper layer then push the tablet through.

88 so i think the prices on amazon are high
And on a cost per day it is half of what align costs

These strains are also in align but 1mil cfu and less grams of bacilli

They can get somewhat expensive

It has more of the effective probiotic ingredients than align and the tablets are coated specially so they protect the probiotic cultures from stomach acid which can kill them before they even get a chance to work
