It works by spraying your shoe and then wearing it normally or you can use it with a shoe stretcher overnight for really tight spots
Worked very well this and a shoe stretcher and i was able to create a little extra room in my shoe for a bone i once broke
The spray may be a little hard to get in certain places inside the shoe but a little effort and it works
Along with the shoe stretcher have made my boots and shoes more comfortable than in years
